DDA’s academic policy requires that a student must average 70% or above for the school year in order to be moved to the next grade level.

For both lower and upper primary students this average is taken in all examinable subjects.  All absences on test days require a doctor’s note in order for the student to sit the test another day.

Textbooks are to be covered by the student clear plastic each term. Text book levy is compulsory for standard 5-7. In our primary school we use the Curriculum laid down by the Ministry of Education and Skills, development, department of curriculum development and evaluation but also incorporates other subjects that meet international standards
